This salted egg is the work of students in the Student Profile Project with the theme of entrepreneurship. Coincidentally, I was appointed as one of the group companions.
This salted egg is made using the soaking method. I just found out that salted egg production can be done using the soaking method. So far, I only know burial methods either with ashes or with crushed bricks.
